Overview
At Lattice, I am working on core product experiences within a highly scaled, data-driven people management platform used by teams across the globe. My work focuses on building and evolving complex React and GraphQL-powered interfaces, partnering closely with product and design to translate ambiguous requirements into thoughtful, reliable solutions. Many of the products I contribute to directly support critical business workflows and a large portion of the company’s revenue. Below is a non-exhaustive list of a few selected projects that highlight the type of work I have enjoyed most so far.

Goals Product Refresh
A full redesign and rebuild of Lattice’s Goals product, focused on improving clarity, usability, and performance across core goal-tracking workflows. I worked full-stack and partnered closely with product and design to translate a broad vision into a cohesive, modernized experience, delivering a foundational refresh that better supported how teams set, track, and align on goals.
Survey Data Exports
A data-rich export tool designed to give customers deeper access to engagement survey responses while preserving the integrity of anonymous feedback. I led the project end-to-end, building scalable export workflows and implementing careful safeguards around user PII to ensure sensitive data was handled correctly. The result enabled more advanced customer analytics without compromising trust or privacy.
1:1s Improvements
Ongoing improvements to Lattice’s 1:1s product, spanning UX refinements, performance enhancements, and quality-of-life updates driven by user feedback and evolving product needs. This work focused on making everyday manager-employee conversations more intuitive, reliable, and effective over time.
